Parade Registration
Secure your place in the parade to receive a collectible pin and the chance to win prizes!
Kid’s Costume Contest
Each child who wants to walk in the parade and join the contest—unless they’re part of a group or float—must complete an individual registration form by October 30.
For groups or floats, only one registration form is needed for the entire entry.
Parade Participant Information
We encourage online registration to help us manage our resources, give out important information, and ensure a good time is had by all. Registration will still be accepted at the staging area for those that did not pre-register in advance.
Parade Walkers
Everyone is welcome to dress up and be part of the parade. Walkers need to register online or at the staging area before the parade. The judging takes place at the staging areas of the parade. If you wish to be part of the competition please make sure you are at the parade staging area early.
The staging area is Riverton School at the blacktop and on Howard Street. Line up begins at 6:00pm and the parade starts at 7:00 PM. The parade Route is up Howard, right on Broad Street and down broad to cross over the tracks at Park Avenue and enter Legion Field. Prizes will be given out when everyone reaches legion field.
Everyone Needs to Check In with parade staff at the Riverton School Blacktop. Judging begins at 6:30 PM. Point of Contact for Parade Line Up: TBA/please do not call that number til day of the parade.

Where to go…
- Individuals will be directed to stand under the sign for their category inside the blacktop.
- Groups should line up under the “Group” Sign and send a Representative to Check In.
- Floats will be told where to line up along Main Street thru email or contact. Please let the Halloween Representative know that you are there.
- Bands will be told where to line up along Main Street thru email or contact.
- Entertainers will be told where to line up along Main Street thru email or contact.
- Horse Drawn Carriage, Convertibles, Police Escort and VIPs should line up at the triangle point of Howard and Main Sts.
